We have full confidence in our products and hope you love them. If you decide it's not quite right for you, we are more than happy to process an exchange or refund for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Please send your Return/Exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your package.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, within the original garment pouch with barcode sticker intact.
Items purchased on sale may be exchanged but are ineligible for refunds, in which case a store credit will be offered.
Returns By Post
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of damaged or wrong goods sent and special promotions.
Please use a shipping service with tracking and insurance – we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you have purchased an item on sale or with a coupon, the discounted price (not the original retail price) will be refunded.
Please allow up to one month for refunds to be processed and reflected on your account.
Returns In-Store
You are also welcome to drop off returns or process an exchange at any one of our locations, free of charge.
